What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The user interface Microsoft Teams is very user friendly and it is very easy to adapt by any new user in any organisation. It also gives feature to store files and recordings that we can't see easily in other similar products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favourite aspect of this product is that I can share the files and chat with myself so if anything is important for me than I can easily store it in self chat feature of Microsoft Teams

What do you dislike most about this product?

As such there is no dislike for me as I am using it from many years but one thing I want to say that they must include the recording feature when there are 2 persons in a call, currently it requires minimum 3 persons to start a recording.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend this product for creating a virtual organisation, it will help in sharing information and connecting with each other in an organisation.
