-Keyboard shortcuts -View each other's calendars, so you can schedule meetings and find a space within everyone's schedule so they can attend and collaborate. -Chats and group calls are easy to create and make. -Ideal for internal and external communication -Project tracking -Access to other programs -Functional and convenient integrations -Editing and creation of documents and files -Virtual backgrounds for meetings -Stable and clear audio

What do you dislike most about this product?

Synchronizing my teams shared folder with my local folder presents inconveniences, however it's not something I can't fix, but it should be smoother.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Teams is a platform with everything you need to work virtually in an efficient way, if you are looking for unification through a more interactive and cooperative communication between colleagues, this software meets the characteristics.

It is stable and most reliable product available in the market. It is cross supported and has third party integrations. It works perfectly fine with outlook apps.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is cross device supported. It is reliable and stable in terms of audio quality. It has stickers, GIFS and animated emojis which chatting more lively and interactive. It runs smoothly even on web version.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is no HD video support for calling. Mobile application is not well optimised for ios devices. Cant share large files.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It is the best tool for internal communication with plethora of features. Go for it without any second doubt.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is really easy to find files because each channel has its own file storage. It is a nightmare when you have to scroll endlessly to find a specific file that can have similar names or be kept at more than one location. That’s when the File tabs come in handy— don’t need to scroll through all of the channels.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

When you are on a video call or audio call, you can carrying on working on files without having to leave the chat and at the same time you can also schedule a meeting or share a task with someone from one of the channels. I love the fact that we can update shared documents with our clients in real time sparing all the parts to the email traffic hassle. It is a time savior to sign off documents and submit a big amount of data.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Notifications can be a huge pain as customizing options are quite limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft Team is a very intuitive tool to use and does not require training to be understood. We have starting using the chat tool between the colleagues to communicate simple messages and suddenly realised that all the other functionalities became simple to switch onto, it saved us time and the annoyance of having to jump from a software type to another to log issues or raise concerns. It is a great place to store, edit and share important information and the updates can be edited by any person belonging to the team.
