If you are looking to use Office365 and all the tools it provides, Teams is definitely worth purchasing as part of the whole package.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

There are many group collaboration tools but few like Teams, it is quite professional and brings together the best of Microsoft and its software for teamwork in a secure virtual space with an easy to navigate interface. The audio and video quality are very good and it provides easy administration. I can share files and information much faster.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The main features that I like the most about Microsoft teams are the following: -I can create a chat with different channels where we organize our teams and we can also send private messages. -It integrates with my MS 365 account and its applications, so I can use these office tools in a group or individual way, I have everything at my fingertips. -Mobile application to continue working with my team anywhere. -Easy to make video conferences, with all the necessary options such as screen sharing, annotation tools or record the call that later will be processed and uploaded to Microsoft Stream.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes there are minor annoyances such as connectivity problems or mute settings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend Microsoft Teams for any work environment that is familiar with Microsoft tools, it facilitates the execution of tasks and activities and the remote collaboration that has become a lifestyle and business necessity.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams provides an endless list of features and tools that I have not seen one product have all integrated without having to purchase multiple software. Additionally, all of the Microsoft products are integrated which makes it very efficient and beneficial as most organizations use Microsoft on a daily basis.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

One of the best new features I use with Microsoft Teams are the ability to turn on live captions. This is extremely important as we are transitioning back to the office and I can't always have my volume all the way up. My second favorite feature is the share content tray which is extremely beneficial to add documents to groups where the employees may not have access to the same servers.

What do you dislike most about this product?

With the constant updates and upgrades Microsoft Teams provides I have not found anything that I dislike.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Anyone who either already has collaboration/meeting software or nothing at all, Microsoft Teams is the choice for an all in one product. Rather than having different softwares to do different things, i.e., virtually meet, share content, chat, collaborate, etc. Microsoft Teams can do all of that plus much more in one place!
