What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I find Microsoft Teams to be very affordable for all of the features you get. It usually comes bundled with Microsoft Office which is already pretty affordable in itself. In addition to being affordable, it integrates with the other Office products seamlessly which makes it so convenient in an office environment that commonly includes products like Outlook already. Teams provides the modern features many businesses need especially these days where people can work from home.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is the fact that I can quickly & easily collaborate with people from all over the world instantly whether it's through instant messaging, video chat, voice chat, screen sharing, and more. I can even do all of these things without a cell phone if I wanted, although the Teams app is pretty handy too.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One of the biggest downsides to this product is the fact that you generally cannot message anyone outside of your corporate environment. Teams does actually have the capability, but most organizations do not allow it. Administrators will lock it down for security purposes which is basically the default choice in an IT department. So don't count on collaborating with outside vendors or colleagues via Teams unless your IT security admins are generous enough to open up that line of communication.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Try it out if you have any doubts. Microsoft offers trials on the product so you can test it out and see if you like it. However, if you have worked with Microsoft Office products before, then the transition to Teams is pretty easy and you will find it very helpful and user friendly. Teams includes all of the features you need for your employees to function in a team environment without always having to meet in person. It makes it a lot easier for your workforce to be flexible in times of telework, including if someone wants to stay home sick or has to stay home so that a new stove can be delivered. It's a great product

Easy to use, handy features available for your comfortable experience. Using these features you can easily attend meeting or create meeting.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The notification feature and easy to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

i don't know if it happens with me only but it lacks sometimes and i just don't like it and it may be when the updates are launched.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Just use it, it's a good product to use if you're searching specifically for this type of product. Then, you just got one and just start using it, it's really good.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Overall I liked and preferred Microsoft Teams over other Team applications. I’m happy that our project to migrate to Office365 and setup the Team collaboration chat functionality worked better with Microsoft Teams. I integrated Microsoft teams to help our team share files, share screen, Setup meetings with internal/external users and companies, record calls and practice daily/weekly work

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I have tested different software’s and amongst all of them, I found Microsoft Teams to be most feasible and multi task handler platform for all our teams and departments. I have noticed Microsoft Teams great opportunity to share screen, record screen, group chats and conference calls. Files sharing provides great flexibility and office365 collaborative products gives more synced work.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I have found Microsoft Teams mobile app with limited functionality with calendar and some other integrated features. Desktop app is well maintained and more features should be added for mobile app.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would suggest when it comes to establish IT infrastructure, Microsoft Teams is best to start with along other Office365 products.
