It's easy to use interface. Screen sharing feature is seamless. Best audio quality.

It's ability to integrate with system calendar which do not let us forget any meeting schedule.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is very simple and easy to use, Since the Covid-19 Panademic it helps organizations in thier conferences and daily meetings either voice calls or video calls.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The group chats and the video calls per channel.

What do you dislike most about this product?

after working on Teams much time, it starts to hang suddenly. i need to restart the application every 6-8 hours

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

adding the webinar sessions on Teams will improve it tottaly.
