What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is highly efficient and very affordable compared to other products like zoom. It is less expensive than zoom and the price is a fair value on return on investment. It is quite easy to integrate with other Microsoft products.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The user interface is extremely helpful and easy to use for inexperienced users. The application is lite in nature and easily loads on most of the devices. Upgrades are frequent and new versions are well versed with security issues. They come with many features that can be used for file sharing, instant messaging, and integration to various applications. The team support is helpful and knowledgeable.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The product sometimes gives issue with the updated version. There is chance that we might require to reboot our machines to make the updated version fully functional. There is also a sync issue that happens after the update takes place. Though eventually the sync happens, but we require to wait for some time for that to happen and it can become quite an inconvenience to do that in middle of the meetings.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This product suits every organization irrespective of its size. Highly efficient product to purchase if you are looking for team collaboration and long meetings with no issues. High return on value and suits other Microsoft applications very well.

Call conferences and screen sharing with multiple account login.

Keyboard and mouse control lags sometimes and product support is costly

Teams makes everything streamlined for workplace efficiency. Compared to other products, Microsoft is in a league of its own. From Powerpoint to Word document updates, it helps significantly to have everything all under one roof. It has also enabled our company to become fully remote as we've built processes and collaboration around Microsoft Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Making live edits to Microsoft files, such as Powerpoint presentations, saves our marketing team so much time. This keeps collaboration streamlined instead of going back and forth over email. The collaboration capabilities also allow us to have less calls and more time dedicated to tasks, productivity, and meaningful projects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish we had more control over online status updates. Microsoft Teams will automatically switch you to "Away" after a very short period of time. Being able to stay "Available" for an extended period of time would be helpful for times when we have our head down in focus-heavy tasks.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend Microsoft Teams to any mid-level organization that needs a reliable system for task management, communication, and workplace collaboration. There's a reason it is the top option across a wide variety of industries.
