It’s a really simple and effective application to use for businesses and isn’t a hassle to set up. It’s extremely simple and gets the task done in most productive and efficient ways, which most apps do not facilitate. It performs as promised and that’s what makes it different from other which are overpromised and perform under delivered

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love the collaborative nature of the application of just how simple it is to collaborate with any member of the organisation just a couple of clicks away and real time status of the employees makes it easy in the work from home environment to know where the employee is focused on

What do you dislike most about this product?

It’s a bit laggy at times and has some glitches which are not alway there but make an appearance once in a while. Nothing too serious or work affecting so I don’t even consider it now after so many months of use

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would highly recommend if you’re running a business or even just a team so you can manage people in an efficient manner and not have to skip to multiple applications for different reasons. This is really a great one stop solution for teams and enterprises that are focused on good collaboration between employees

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Integration with MS Suite, easy to use (although it sometimes cause problems with accessing the account if you have more than one), intuitive, compact

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Enables me to encourage people that I would with on their terms and conditions as there is history of what happened before kept so they can revisit, comment etc in their own time

Switching between accounts if you have more than one

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams has been helpful to my organization for our internal communications. It's easy to use and interact with due to its clean UI and simplicity. Easier to share files and resources as they are retained in the SharePoint/One drive in Microsoft Teams. And also works smoothly with large audience meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of Microsoft Teams is the ability to have persistent chat conversations with my team. It makes it easy to keep track of what everyone is working on and to keep the conversation going.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Teams is a great option for businesses that are looking for a way to improve communication and collaboration. It offers a variety of features that can be customized to meet the needs of your team, and it's easy to use. There are many software in market but in my experience it is more powerful and capable to control large events.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

There isn't much that I dislike about Microsoft Teams. The only thing that I can think of is that it can be a little confusing to use at first as it is not beginner friendly. But once you get the hang of it, it's a really great tool.
