Ideal for video conferencing in the office

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I like this application much more than the rest of its competitors because it integrates very well all the other Microsoft programs, which makes it ideal for all office work. In addition to the fact that its video calls work perfectly both in conferences and individual ones, as well as receiving and sending attachments.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The option to record group calls is excellent, as I often don't take notes in conferences and this allows me to take notes after the call is over. The chats and shared whiteboards make the flow of information between co-workers more efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It may not be as intuitive as its close competitors, due to the variety of features and options it has, but it is quick to learn. The most important functions are not available in the free version, but the cost of the paid plans is worth it to benefit from all the tools.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

We have tried many softwares to keep all the remote employees of the company communicated and this is the only platform that we have found easier to use, more useful and with more tools, to work better and that the daily activities are fulfilled efficiently and on time.
