What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is different from similar products because it has all of Microsoft products in one place plus with Microsoft Excel you will have more formulas than Google Sheet. With Microsoft teams I am able to mute a particular group. Microsoft also has alot more emoji which makes it fun when communicating with your team

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that with Microsoft teams i can access everything in one place, Chat, Mail, Files , Calendar etc. I like that the interface is user friendly and intuitive I like that Teams allow me to record my session which is good because As a Team Lead when conducting coaching session with agents who are working from home, we can always go back to the recording if needed.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Well the only thing I dislike about Microsoft Team is that I have to download a document to my computer if i need to make a copy of a document. Before my organization used Google Suite and which Google Sheet/Doc I could easily select Make A Copy and it would open right away and save directly to Google Drive

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I highly recommend this Microsoft Team. It is the only software your company needs if your coworkers and clients are working remotely. It is excellent for business communications.

We had the problem of not having a software that was efficient to communicate in the work team and thanks to this software we have been able to have a better communication through its interactive chats and calls and video calls. It has everything of a crm, but with the best communication by chat and video.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Its task and activity manager works efficiently, sends alarms and reminders to perform tasks on time. It has a chat where we can send files and documents, without having to look for other software or application. Its videos are clear and can be heard perfectly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the program gets heavy during video calls. When a file is attached to the chat, it takes a long time to load and download. That is with large files. The screen sharing is very useful, but it has failed on a couple of occasions.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This software is very complete, as it integrates all the tools of a very efficient and functional crm, along with the best features and functions of communication by chat, calls and video calls, to have everything in one place and not need anything else, so that the activities run smoothly.
