What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is the all in one package for any business. What makes it better than similar product is the option to record your meetings.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like that MS Teams is easy to use and available on all platform especially mobile devices. I like that is has the option to record meetings which is why my organization switches from Google Chat as we are able to go over meetings for various reasons

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is nothing about MS Teams that i dislike

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

My organization switch to Microsoft Teams which is a great productivity & collaboration software. We are now able to instantly go from group chat to video conference, we can easily access, share and edit work documents in real-time from SharePoint or OneDrive for Business.

We only experienced the issues of dropped calls when we first deployed. That was resolved after. So far, that’s the only negative I can think of
