What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft teams is very simple applicaition to use and configure. High quality video and audio and quality. We are able to conduct meeting any where anytime. Microsoft teams aslo enables us to communicate among ourselves in the office without walking from one office to another. Microsoft teams is aslo very cost effective can nowerdays we don't travel to hold meetings we do them direct in to Microsoft teams application.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft teams has the best video and audio quality. Sending of messages is very fast when using this application .Its very cost effective and users can easily use and adapt the application very fast.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing to dislike for now , it has been amazing applicaition to have in our company.Its very supportive.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft teams has the best audio and video quality . It's very cost effective and Customer service is very supportive. Very minimal downtime and can be accessed from anywhere in very secure way.Its simple to install and configure

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The interface of this application is user-friendly. The online meeting feature includes file uploading, and in-meeting messaging. It brings simplicity to teamwork by collaborating, sharing, and communicating under one platform.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Screen sharing, file uploading feature during online meetings and in-meeting messaging are my favourite aspects.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Anybody in the organization can create a team which can result in unnecessary creation of teams and blockage of storage space.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The adaptation to this solution is very quick, clients love it and can easily see the power of it. It's a cloud collaboration piece and integrates with products. I use the mobile, desktop and web versions of the solution. I would recommend this solution to others because I have had good experiences.

not much... Teams is very basic, other than the fact that there is a growing number of integrations out there for it they don't really stand out from the crowd

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

easily share documents/updates with colleagues

What do you dislike most about this product?

For the price point there are better options out there

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

if you just need basic interoffice communication and collaboration Teams will get the job done and you keep everything under one bill (Microsoft), if you need advanced features look into other services
