What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Its integration within the MS office ecosystem and ability to interact seamlessly with the other programs in MS office

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The level of integration it has within the widely used Microsoft ecosystem is a massive positive and the main reason we use it.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Has been buggy at times with either audio/video not working or calls dropping randomly

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you use the MS office ecosystem, it would probably be one of the better choices due to it being well integrated

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

I have not used many similar products but Teams is so easy to use and pick up in no time.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes my status does not update first thing in the morning but I think that is due to my laptop not the application.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think it's worth it. We meet as a team of 50 once a week and and as a pod of 10 everyday and never have any issues with anything.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Ability to upload word and excel documents and then edit them collaboratively. There are also good organization chats and groups.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Collaborative working on excels and words. Screen sharing and been able to see multiple people's cursors.

What do you dislike most about this product?

You have to go to activity to clear the reactions on the mobile app. It doesn't function very well with windows 11 currently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it, it is really good. It functions with the other Microsoft software really well.
