What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Team is an all in one suite that provides great functionality and integration with the Microsoft Suite of applications and allows real time updates and collaboration.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect of the product is the chat feature where I can collaborate in real time and work much more quickly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There is sometimes a lag in receiving messages and emails where I would like to see them in real time

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I would recommend this product to anyone in a large company that is collaborating with many others at the same time as this product checks all the boxes.
