What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft Teams is initially easier to use and understand.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

An overlooked function is the ability to search anything within Microsoft Teams. Any photo, document, or chat can be searched and found pretty easily. I can't tell you how many times this has saved me from having to rewrite something or start over.

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times the sound quality is not what it should be which makes it hard to hear each other.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you need a collaboration platform for internal and external use, the Microsoft team is a great tool. Also if you like to collaborate closer with other/external companies and partners instead of writing emails, you can use the chat function to communicate fast and reliably. Also, ad-hoc meetings and voice calls are great tools to make communication and collaboration much easier.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The overall collaboration options and integration with other platforms and online usability options are great. With the mobile and web access options, you are truly able to collaborate and work wherever you are from whatever capable device you have.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Project Management (handoffs, status, deadlines, etc). Chats are easy to manage and include an easy search option for retrieving previous chat history.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Stream is a little clunky and not part of the standard enterprise license

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Microsoft teams are highly suited for multi-location and online meetings. It allows VoIP and is very useful for the exchange of files and users can share their screens and exchange presentations. it is a licensed product and this is less likely to be used where people want to communicate with each other like on other messenger services like WhatsApp.
