It is heavy and lags at times.

Sometimes statuses of account holders do not change once meeting is done. It needs to be refreshed or reopened at times.

I have seen no parallel software so its one of its kind.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We are a multi national organization. we can communicate and locate anyone within the organization and seek support. that is the best thing about it. it is global and safe

What do you dislike most about this product?

We could use some help if the search area is a bit more modified.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

cant imagine effective communication without it.
