What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Integration with the Microsoft 365 productivity suite, providing a seamless experience for users already using Microsoft's suite of tools, and the service also allows for advanced text formatting, including bullet lists, colour changes, and font changes, which is not available in all collaboration tools

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

its simplicity and intuitive ease of use when using against other services like zoom, as well as reliability over services like slack.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The inability to move channels or replicate teams, which can feel counterproductive and time-consuming..

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

organise your teams and channels to maximise efficient use of Teams, as well as using the in app integrations with other apps!

I think the free implementation of it is the biggest differential. Anyone with a Microoft Office License can use it.
