What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Teams is connected into Microsoft 365 so it has full functionality with the office suite of applications,

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The messaging and call system work seamlessly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was a method to get non-Microsoft users into Teams meetings/calls. Occasionally the collaboration on a document doesn't process all the updates.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Teams is a great collaboration software for any organization. It's great for facilitates messaging and document collaboration in todays hybrid work environment. If you have Office 365, Teams is a no brainer addition to for organizational calls/messaging.
