What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The integration with MS Office is far better than Zoom or any other video conferencing platforms.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's a one-stop shop for all my voice calls, video calls and IM uses.

What do you dislike most about this product?

There are a lot of functions and apps which I do not use or even fully understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

All the various features and apps can look a bit daunting, but the voice, video and IM functions are quite easy to learn and understand.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

There are some really great features i love how clear the video and screensharing is on Teams, most other apps aren't as good.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The file links and also being able to search information in chats makes my role easier to fulfill.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I don't like the calendar as much as outlook.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's the best I have used in this space.
