The new Microsoft Teams app is faster, simpler, smarter, and more flexible 4. Transform the employee experience with purpose-built tools that improves efficiency, engagement and security across the entire organization. 5. Live translation captions

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Intelligent Recap is my favorite since it leverages AI to automatically generate meeting summaries, action items/tasks, and meeting chapters/topics. Speaker timeline markers and personal timeline markers make it easy to navigate the meeting recording efficiently by enabling you to jump to a specific point in the recording.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Copilot is licensed separately which significantly increases the cost. It should be included in the Teams Premium add on.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Review your collaboration and communication use cases holistically and map them to Teams capabilities to get the most out of your investment. Do not overlook the fact that AI will become a critical part of work in future. Make sure you think about AI use cases that will improve employee experiences and productivity and analyze Teams capabilities in the context of AI.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It is a super reliable product that I have ever seen. Basically I can say (one for all). If you have purchased this then there is no need to buy another product to achieve the same results, as this is best. You want to instant message, file share or anything its the one stop

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

My favorite aspect is that it can collaborate with my other software like for file sharing. And the second point is, its recording feature is just wao You are just one click away to start recording either its in a meeting or while screen sharing.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I most dislike one thing about this product is, it don't provide much support for the linux user and in some of the cases many things don't work like screen sharing and scheduling a meeting.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend to use it on windows, cause there is much more support available for windows. And much features are available in comparison to linux
