What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It provides a huge variety of features at one single 8ntegrated plateform like instant messaging, video conferencing, session recording, whiteboard, file sharing, call scheduling and acquiring employees organizational hirerchy. It also shows current status of the employee like whether employee is available, busy, in call, presenting or out of office or offline.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

We can instantly connect within the organization over message/ call / video call and share important documents instantly. These features of teams make professional working very smooth and more efficient.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes teams automatically disconnect call or doesn't recognise mic while you are in call. Its just a technical glitch and could be easily resolved by proper attention of technical team of Microsoft Teams.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Its just perfect and end to end solution for all your messaging, connectivity and collobaloration needs. I as an employee of cognizant use it on regular basis and based on my experience of it, i do highly recommend it to all.

It integrates seamlessly into our organization and provides chat, video conferencing and file collaboration solutions. It improves efficiency in our workplace.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Microsoft teams is very efficient and provides quick and easy file collaboration. The video conferencing and screen sharing is also seamless.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Sometimes the mobile app acts up or some third party security and setup integrations need fine tuning, but overall it is a very easy to use and efficient product.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It will benefit your organization by providing a seamless way to communicate and collaborate either with individuals or teams on a host of different projects. Includings seamless file sharing which saves a ton of time.

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

The integration with Office 365 is one of its biggest advantages. Additionally, many third parties integrate into MS Teams so we can incorporate new complementary functionalities. Many clients also use MS Teams and this makes interaction with video conferencing easier. I think that MS Teams guarantees security mechanisms to safeguard information and by using SharePoint as a document repository, we ensure that we will not lose information. It can even be configured so that the documents have an expiration period and the storage space does not collapse.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I like MS Teams for its ability to use the entire screen for the video conference, and from the MAC I can enlarge the images that are shared with me and this is very useful particularly for me. Another important aspect is that I have visibility over the audio and video controls permanently, and in general, all the commands we need are visible and easy to access.

What do you dislike most about this product?

MS Teams may be a little slow to load initially, especially when we need to quickly enter a meeting but the application takes time to start. My coworkers often ask if we can see the screen they just shared or not. Some notification mechanisms, including sounds, may help solve this eventuality.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

MS Teams really is a robust and proven tool. If the bandwidth is adequate, and they have a good hardware architecture, MS Teams will generate very positive results. Additionally, if you already have Office 365, you will have many advantages of using MS Teams.
