Great product, integrated with O365

Likeliness to Recommend

9 /10

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

1. Level of integration with Office 365 2. Ability to easily collaborate with and reach people outside of the organisation who also use Teams.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The Instant Messaging capability.

What do you dislike most about this product?

New Teams - lacks many of the features of Classic Teams. The constant updates sometimes change the UI layout or introduce new features and I believe this could be better managed by Microsoft implementing a product tour whenever there's a major change.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Go ahead and implement it - you won't regret it.
