Calls and presentations are better than any other products.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I'm involved with several organizations. It would be more convenient if I could access comprehensive meeting data across all of them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's super easy to use, and I totally recommend it. The way it's set up makes everything simple to find and use. It's great for different things, and you won't have any trouble figuring it out. Give it a shot, and you'll see how handy and straightforward it is!

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Being able to have all of your information in one platform and it's very user friendly so regardless of tech experience an employee has it can be simple to learn and collaborate on.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Being able to contact coworkers with ease in a quick and efficient manner

What do you dislike most about this product?

It is very simple and I would really like to see more advanced features in terms of customization

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Understand that you will be able to do all the necessary functionalities that you need to accomplish your daily tasks but don't expect to be able to use more advanced functionalities
