What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Microsoft teams serves the purpose of Instant Messaging, while provided other benefits like team collaborations, file sharing, multi user support, video/audio conferencing. It makes one amalgamated product with integrates well with other Microsoft suit products and hence enchaining employees productivity.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Team collaboration, Document manager, Sharepoint are very good when it comes to any product development and delivery. ,

What do you dislike most about this product?

At times new versions have been Slow, and users have experienced Logout issues frequently.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

No brainer, when it comes to Instant Messaging product which is well integrated with Office365 and other Microsoft Products
