It can share screen for meetings and supports both one-on-one and group phone and video conversations. You can schedule and participate in online meetings through calendar integration. allows massive meetings with thousands of attendees.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Like Microsoft Teams integrates with Office 365 apps such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and OneNote, enabling real-time document co-authoring. Collaboration on particular projects is facilitated by the ability to manage communications between multiple teams and channels. OneDrive and SharePoint let you store files in the cloud, making it easy to share files and work as a team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The excessive usage of RAM and CPU by Microsoft Teams may have an impact on Teams' performance, particularly on older or less competent devices.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For task and project management, I suggest using Microsoft Teams along with Microsoft Planner and To-Do. It also makes it easy to create custom tabs within channels for convenient access to services, applications and documents.

Microsoft Teams provides us with a reliable workspace that makes team collaboration easier. It helps us attend our team meetings virtually instead of reserving a physical space. All our Microsoft Teams meetings are always very clear and have good sounds and visual presentations, plus message and call notifications are immediate.

Adding participants outside the organization can be challenging.
