My favorite aspect of Microsoft Teams is its all-in-one collaboration experience. It combines chat, video meetings, file sharing, and integration with Microsoft 365 apps in a single platform, making it easy to communicate and work together without switching between multiple tools.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Microsoft Teams can feel slow and resource-intensive, especially during meetings or when multiple features are in use. Its interface can be overwhelming, making it difficult to find chats, files, and settings quickly. Notifications and conversation organization can also become cluttered, causing important messages to be missed.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

A tool that solves my virtual meeting problems, and I can send an invite and create a meeting link instantly. As per my profession I need to do online meetings on a daily basis, so I use this tool to make them smooth and work on a slow network as well.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I can meet anyone online very securely and record the meeting and take notes in this for meeting which is really helpful and I can create groups and discuss things in group meetings as well.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Teams is good option for virtual meetings. I can use this on my phone as well

Make the online meetings more productive and useful with Teams

What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

Ease of use and file collaboration features make it easy to sync with Sharepoint and other Microsoft applications

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Ability to send a Sharepoint link and have it saved in the shared files for ease of access between chats and to be able to use the search bar to find files within Sharepoint

What do you dislike most about this product?

Search functionality - hard to find older messages or specific conversations especially when trying to enter in multiple words brings up every message that has ever mentioned that word

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Would recommend if you already use the existing Microsoft 365 suite since the added benefits are unlocked if you can integrate it across other applications and unlock file sharing abilities
