What differentiates Microsoft Teams from other similar products?

It has helped us improve team productivity as it allows quick access to important files, tools and conversations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I love how it combines video meetings, chats , task management and file sharing while ensuring high quality videos , love captions and meeting recordings. I also love the fact that it is available on windows , Mac , iOS and Android.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The free version is limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Yes I recommend.

What I dislike most is that navigation can feel cluttered and overwhelming, especially for new users or large teams with many channels and tabs.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Ensure your team is trained on how to use Teams effectively, especially around channel organization and app integrations, to get the most out of its powerful collaboration features.
