I think the Microsoft tools integration, they are interconnected which make it easy to work with in an organisation

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It should be the file sharing feature, it quite fast

What do you dislike most about this product?

I encounter some issue or glitches whenever I'm trying join a meeting or during the call sometimes

I would say using it with Office tools makes one work faster
