What differentiates Microsoft Entra PIM from other similar products?

The sense of security it provides given it is a product from Microsoft and its seamless integration with office ecosystem.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is very secure and convenient to use. We can provide SSO for certain kinds of access to specific users which is a must have these days

What do you dislike most about this product?

Proper training for AAD is required first to configure and then manage AAD. This may hinder day to day processes initially.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It helps in saving effort in managing login multiple applications, designing departmental access etc. You don't have to depend on IT support too much

It's frankly the best cloud-based directory management software out there, although the pricing is quite steep

Ease of use and implementation

A lot of fairly standard features are locked behind a greedy license fee

Make sure you are aware of the features provided in each tier and plan licensing accordingly
