What differentiates Microsoft Dynamics 365 HR from other similar products?
It saves time by processing massive volumes of data quickly, records everything we want, and greatly aids in inventory management and resource planning following customer needs. helps with monthly and annual profit/loss calculations.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Dynamics helped me maintain my organization. It takes some effort to set up automation and communication since D-365 offers so many tools and so many plug-ins, but it is really simple to assess how my pipeline is performing and to have a single perspective of the organization in a single dashboard.
What do you dislike most about this product?
The software's user interface is a little complicated because there aren't many icons used, forcing us to read the name of the option or field we wish to select. As for the rest, there are none in my experience. Without a developer license or assistance from a partner, it is unable to make even the most basic adjustments.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Flexible can be tailored to our company's needs. Admiral, a NAV partner, is incredibly helpful. We preferred the subscription option because there was no upfront cost. All the numbers can be found in one location thanks to integrated accounting and leasing management, making analysis simple. Much quicker tenant billing than we were used to.

An ERP that encompasses all aspects of payroll, treasuries, and payables is Microsoft Dynamics 365. The transactions we must make and receive have gotten simpler and the reports are fantastic. Users may rely on us for both technical and functional support. This tool does a superb job of managing and involving customers in the company. This product has a lot of potential. The procedure is simple to manage, and emails and messages can be scheduled. Within the CRM, products can be managed and stored as well. Notifications can be sent to the users easily.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Microsoft Dynamics 365's user interface could stand to be more intuitive. For example, clerical work is typically a difficult task for new users. Particularly on the report pages, its user interface design is not sufficiently straightforward to allow for easy navigation.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Its monitoring and invoicing features are fantastic and include all the necessary data. One fantastic advantage is its ability to allocate experienced workers to certain jobs automatically. The dashboard in particular has a very user-friendly and informative layout. It has incredibly strong and outstanding performance. Its deployments and supporting equipment respond very quickly.
