What differentiates Medallia Experience Cloud from other similar products?
I love the way it implements word bubbles or clouds. Those advise me of the mood or mindset of my customers with a quick glance. They allow me to paint a quick visual picture of the problems I need to focus on.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Getting to the root of my customer’s problems or opinions of my products or services. This program allows me to interact with my guests & offer apologies etc. with ease.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Sometimes I get feedback from people that I know I’ve never had at my business. My Medallia review belongs to another business. The customer describes a location or incident that I know doesn’t belong to me.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This program will give you wonderful insight as to how your customers really feel about their dealings with your business. I find it very helpful in improving areas where my business needs help.
