The ease of use and the knowledge base available thanks to tutorial videos that helped me a lot !

It is very easy to design workflows that impacts your business effectively and positvely !
What do you dislike most about this product?
It is not very performant in terms of dashoards and analytics.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Very good tool for digital marketers and agencies that don't have coding skills and don't want to be reliable on IT service.

I find that its free version really makes it easy to use and figure out something confusing.

I like how easy it is to use and the customization I can have.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I dislike that the features can't quite work with other software that I wanted to work.

I would stick to making sure you actually need this. I found that sometimes in some businesses you don't actually need this.

It is linked and highly recommended by Facebook which is why we made the decision

It is very versatile in nature and have alot of use case.

It had a steep learning curve for implementation

The cost is very reasonable however there is a learning curve to it (hence it adds up employee or external vendor cost)
