It comes with marketing automation and SMS marketing features besides being a leading tool as a chatbot

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using ManyChat is easy although it is powerful and comes with lots of features It is affordable and much more accurate when it comes to marketing

What do you dislike most about this product?

ManyChat is a great tool and no hates

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend ManyChat as it is the best in marketing and offers some great and powerful features.

What differentiates ManyChat from other similar products?

Appart from the unique feautres in terms of conversations generator, which makes it unique, the support from the IT staff and training is huge.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The possibility of integrating text, voice, images and videos in the same flow.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Complex to use at the beginning and it terms of implementing more complex flows

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get some help or training to help you and take the most of the purchase

the way you build the bot flows it's so much easier and user friendly

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

the chat flow builder and all the channels available

What do you dislike most about this product?

how hard it is to connect whatsapp and that we can't use SMS # codes or keywords to get a flow started to a specific number

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

watch the tutorials and hire expert help if you don't want to learn how to use it
