What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Using GetResponse allows for quick launch of email campaigns. Running an ad hoc campaign takes less time with ready-to-use custom templates. Automation capabilities enable customer engagement. Among my favorite features is the abundance of landing pages and high-converting email templates that can be used to build a newsletter and email list.

What do you dislike most about this product?

One issue is the limited ability to customize email templates and the fact that the price increases based on the number of subscribers. When you upload contacts, the platform can be slow at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Fast, simple and easy to use. As a feedback tool, easy-to-implement AR, reports and newsletters are fantastic. My day starts with a GR log and I use it every day. No matter what problem I had, the customer service team was there to help me.

Ease of use is the main reason I use mailerlite. Pay only for the features you actually use; There's no need to shell out more money for features you'll never activate just to have more features. You make full use of the instrument. It is easy to set up and provides all the tools you need to launch your business and run it efficiently with the help of tags and automations.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I've used MailerLite for almost five years and it's an excellent tool. Every interaction with their help has been excellent and they dominate the industry in terms of support. It is quite easy to use thanks to the drag and drop editor. You can find most things covered in their good documentation. Plus, their support is top-notch.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Upgrading from classic MailerLite to the new version of MailerLite was an incredibly painful experience for me. Most of the items were moved, but they weren't set up correctly, so they weren't worth moving. I would have started from the beginning if I had known!

Customer support is always willing to go the extra mile to help me, even if my MailerLite account is completely free. Whether you are using a paid or free account, the system is incredibly easy to use, feature-rich, and easy to integrate. The customer service representatives are friendly, approachable, and genuinely helpful on the rare occasion that problems arise.
