What differentiates LeverTRM from other similar products?

LeverTRM allows HR managers to upload files and store data for prospective candidates all within the cloud-based platform. Though it comes with a hefty price-tag, it is a very simple and user friendly platform for HR managers, employees, and candidates to access.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The features included within LeverTRM are intuitive, simple to access, and comprehensive for organizations of any size. Another tremendous aspect of this platform is the real-time updates allowing multiple users to make changes that are reflected immediately. Also, the integration with other platforms/apps is seamless (i.e. Google Suite, LinkedIn, etc.)

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price tag is pretty steep. Occasional software crashes can also really set you back.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The overall offerings provided by LeverTRM are premium. While this product is higher than most price wise, it has been a good fit for our organization. As for any large investment, I would recommend that your organization be patient in the pursuit of an ATS/TRM purchase. Ask for live demos and shop around to find the best fit for your team.

What differentiates LeverTRM from other similar products?

The dark theme for me has this nice tune to it, and the distinct difference in the job boards is pretty lovely (Internal and External), So the Internal staff could have access to some positions that the general public doesn't.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The fact that I can schedule multiple emails to send at a specified time, it gives professionalism a new look to it

What do you dislike most about this product?

So at times if you send a bulk email with an attachment to the first draft before previewing them individually, after you send the email, most times only one of the emails will carry the attachment, so to avoid that issue, after previewing the email for individual edit I have to now add the attachment one after the other.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

When it comes to Requisition and Recruiting Lever is the Bomb!!!

What differentiates LeverTRM from other similar products?

Nothing can ever beat an accurate reference check of a candidate, and Lever does the job perfectly. Managing job applications have become easier with the Lever software. It also allows us to easily schedule an interview for potential candidates. The integrated emailing feature has been proved to be a valuable feature for us. Real-time reporting options help to keep up with the workflow. Navigating the software is extremely easy. Lever makes the hiring procedure way easier. The software takes care of everything starting from applications to interviews to end feedback.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Lever is completely easy to use. From the UI perspective, it creates a convenient work flow to complete any action items that are needed. It does not take long to navigate through the page to figure out what needs to be done. I love the categories and how easily the site functions- from finding job openings, hiring managers, recruiters, etc to the actual entire application interview process. Well done.

What do you dislike most about this product?

It does not provide us with macro insight into reporting. So, it will be helpful to have some improvisations made in the reporting field. Migrating long interviews into the feedback function is a quite time-consuming procedure. Enabling integration with Microsoft Outlook will also be great.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

If you want a single source of truth for your candidates, from research, to sourcing, to active candidates, to closing, Lever is for you. If you're a talent leader and have had bad experiences with people in the company not understanding how to use your ATS, or trying to work outside of your ATS, Lever helps eliminate that because it's easier to use than any other ATS. Best of all, Lever is run by honest people who will level with you on what the system can, and can't do.
