What differentiates LeverTRM from other similar products?
The marketing drip capabilities. The POV from the candidate vs the requisition.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The user interface. The ability to create marketing drip campaigns and to add in prescreening questions and templates.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Offer letter details do not come through for all aspects of an offer letter when integrated with Rippling.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Be prepared to change the way you recruit in order to leverage the most of Lever. This is not your ATS if you want to simply track requisitions. You can get a much cheaper, less feature product. This is the Cadillac of ATS.

What differentiates LeverTRM from other similar products?
For all of our management and structuring we use Lever as our ATS to create a database of past, current and future candidates that we can assist in their job search. We use the email function to maintain all communication within the program to organize and track applicants and candidates as they move through our interview process allowing us to collaborate on hiring decisions, using it as a single trusted source.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
We created a process of potential candidates for a job with good basis and structures from certain parameters and information from the database (it provides us with the information) by which we already knew what kind of questions and what to look for in their portfolio to know if they were a profitable person to hire or not in conjunction with the visibility of all open job applications.
What do you dislike most about this product?
There are some features that are missing or need to be improved. However, they are not a deal breaker. The grey UI which is not really appealing and sometimes the UX like having to go back to the configuration part to update a template as well as more great complexity in the reports which are very simple and basic.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
It is a very suitable collaboration tool for the whole process of sourcing future subordinates for HR management, recruiters and hiring managers can participate in the evaluation of candidates from the same tool to provide feedback and workflow management as well as it is very suitable for fast growing companies that are actively hiring. For larger organizations it is highly recommended for management.
