What differentiates LevelEleven from other similar products?

Level 11 covers so many areas at once well enough that you can omit bringing on multiple tools. Gamification, coaching, metrics pacing, goal setting, PIPs, paper trails for HR, etc.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The coaching and data clarity were my favorite part. Salesforce has tons of data, but it's not always easy to see it in a way that makes sense. Level 11 makes it crystal-clear what a sales rep needs to do to hit their goal on a daily basis, how to catch up if they're behind, and focus their time more clearly.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The setup process can be a bit clunky at times, but that's pretty much unavoidable when you're working inside of Salesforce

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Really try to immerse your team in the adoption of the product. If you implement it and hope your team starts using it on their own, you'll likely be disappointed. But once reps start feeling the impact it can have on their organization & personal goals, the light bulb comes on and they're hooked.
