What differentiates Less Annoying CRM from other similar products?

This CRM is a cost effective Contact Management software that can be accessed using any computer, smart phone or tablet. It doesn't have a specialized app but it is effective as a CRM. It's cost is less than $20/mo. and can hold thousands of contacts, leads or other data. It continually strives to improve and some features I don't use but the basics i use everyday. The calendar function is integral and the daily contact memo for putting in content per the client is invaluable.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The favorite part of Less Annoying CRM is the price vs. content. For the price it is a powerhouse when used as a contact management, lead management software.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Nothing about this software is dislikeable in my situation. But if it could have a dialer to contact leads from the database it would be awesome.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Decide if you are looking for a full service CRM ($25-400/mo.) or if you are looking for a true content, lead management software. Alot of vendors try to sell you on the features you think you will use, but in all actuality you will use only 10% of what you think you need. I had Salesforce as a CRM but used maybe 5% of the actual content and it would take me 20-100 hours to learn the software well enough to make it pay for itself if at all. Less Annoying CRM is only $10-15/mo. and very little learning involved. When I had to move my 2k contacts and leads they were there and helped me accomplish this within a day. LACRM is awesome!
