They do a great job of support (not true with many other vendors). Good Value.

Support is the absolute best.

What do you dislike most about this product?

I wish there was more ability to change screen by type of contact

Consider if very seriously. It is a good product at an honest price point.

What differentiates Less Annoying CRM from other similar products?

It is simple. Most CRM's are part-time jobs. This does exactly what I need. Contact management, notes, tasks, and reminders.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The simplicity and ease of use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Not a deal-breaker but a little more robust reporting would be a welcome addition.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Use it. It's simple, gives just what you need without all the extras that never get used. Great mobile interface and integrates with google and outlook.

Amazing! Cost effective/customer service

What differentiates Less Annoying CRM from other similar products?

The monthly cost with no contract is important. The service and call back time is second to none. It is feature rich for its price point

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Very low learning curve was important for us. Anytime we had questions, there customer service was super responsive and on-shore!

What do you dislike most about this product?

LACRM does not upgrade their product often enough.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Give LACRM a serious look. Its price point and no contract terms are incredible, as is their customer service. Integration is simple and it works with mail chimp, etc.
