What do you dislike most about this product?
There are days where payment processing wouldn't work, would have to swipe cards several times or enter them in manually which can be a huge obstacle for high volume bars during busy times
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
This is more than a POS. We used it because the recipes helps streamline the training process for new bartenders and ensured correct pours which also helped keep our Bevinco score between 99-100% on a consistent basis

What differentiates Lavu Restaurant POS from other similar products?
The easy to process payments using Lavu Restaurant POS. The way the iPad distributes the content on the screen is efficient. The characteristic that differentiates it from others in the market is that it has the point of sale function, but it includes the option of making reports, taking inventory control in real time and controlling the dynamics of the workers who have on the work template. The way it is presented, it turns out to be very attractive to the eye, but without causing distraction in the middle of its use. It is quite consistent with the needs of this type of food industry.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
I like the way Lavu Restaurant POS simplifies work functions by making them user-friendly and intuitive. It's nice that you can configure the combo options to create promotions and attract customers. The fact that the system is not linked only to a computer, but can be carried on an iPad, makes the appearance of the restaurant more elegant. Staff training is something that can be done by the staff themselves and does not require many days since the software is easy to use.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I consider one aspect that should be improved the option of selecting the day in the system that the working day begins. Since the system is configured to start the week on Sundays, but the reality is that, in commerce, Sundays is the last day we take to end the work week.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Lavu Restaurant POS is a point of sale system that works quickly and efficiently. The aesthetics that it manages in its interface makes the menus, promotions and other services easy to locate by the cashiers and that the clients feel confident to place their orders.
