Robust and Reliable iPad Based POS

What differentiates Lavu Restaurant POS from other similar products?
Easy to use, we never had given trainings to our servers/order takers as LAVU POS is designed in a way everyone can use it just a simple walk-through does the job it's very effective, works well no crashes. Lavu POS comes with tons of features or customize options available in the control panel i.e. resend options you can enable or disable it or item once sent to the kitchen cannot be removed from the order screen it can be voided. Switch between order types dine-in or takeaway from the main screen rather going here and there on other POS. Customer information can be extracted in a CSV format that we often use for marketing new offers.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Very powerful reporting tools: Action logs = when and what is being sent to the kitchen, shows information about order opening and closing time, username of the server/order taker. Revenue Center = This helps finance department a lot as we have customized table layout. In the revenue center we can check sales from different channels. Payment method = Separate payment method created easier to match the sales with POS devices. Other payment methods created like House Account, IoU Staff, Owners.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Nothing left to dislike they have improved a lot.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Anyone who wants to do independently manage everything should go for Lavu without even thinking it's easier, powerful, secure.
