The absolute worst POS I have ever used.

What differentiates KORONA POS from other similar products?
From a sales point, the most important to retail, the layout is terrible-god awful. It looks like someone spilled Lego's on the floor. The system is not intuitive at all; there are times I feel as though I have been transported back to Windows 97 while using KORONA. It doesn't display all discounts immediately which is insane-should be one of the first things programmed. From a back office point, in one word, lacking. There are times Korona says we are off by $400, only to come in next day to see nothing is wrong. I could go on and on but only have so many characters so I leave on; KORONA POS is the worst thing to happen to the word Corona.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
It can automatically* do what a calculator can do for me.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Layout/lack of intuitive design. The system has no learning curve and remains lacking even after learning it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Don't, get Greenbits. I never thought I would have ever stood up for that company either but I'll take constantly resetting my browser over the absolute hell that is dealing with Korona. I only wish I could say these words to an actual person to get some sort of understanding as to why anyone who works there thought this was a sellable program. At times I question my companies judgement based on using KORONA POS

The POS module itself could be laid out better or at least customizable. Adjusting quantity or pricing has quirks if you are not paying attention

Korona can be a simple or as complicated as a small business desires based on their needs

What differentiates KORONA POS from other similar products?
When looking for a new pos system, Korona was the best fit for what I was looking for. I wanted something I was used to and Korona was the perfect match.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
The ease of use. It didn't take me long to figure out everything. I really love the not a windows based system. Every thing that I need for the back office is online and the POS is so easy to run.
What do you dislike most about this product?
Not much that I don't like. Some of the reports are hard to figure out but that's just the wording that I am not used to. I just like everything about it.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
No need to look at anyone else. I really feel Korona is the best.
