What differentiates KnowBe4 Security Awareness Training from other similar products?

The available support; both online and person to person. I have their representative routinely schedule calls with us to review our usage, practices, and to train us on new features, and or best practices. It is a very good experience over-all. Sadly it seems rare in the IT industry today.

Highly Customizable

What do you dislike most about this product?

The Company and Personal Risk scoring is a little confusing.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Get it, and spend time planning and configuring to get a full use out of the product.
