Detailed customer journeys are easier.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexibility and variety of options. You say “let’s make a thorough e-mail marketing” klaviyo asks “how complex?”

What do you dislike most about this product?

I would like to get more showcases from them for further automation examples.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I think you need to map your business' e-mail marketing automatin model in advance. But you can also use the default / must to have types of automations that Klaviyo has in place already. these are super handy for the start.

What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

The ability to generate automated tasks is simply great, it has a variety of functions that are used when doing marketing quickly and easily, it is more than impressive when it comes to managing our e-commerce queries, it also allows us to have a complete picture of the customer profile, also has a good scope of implementation, integrates very well with a wide variety of e-commerce platforms, also allows me to build my subscriber list and send emails to everyone in bulk.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It is one of the best dynamic automation based platforms of all email platforms, it is very easy to use and easy to understand, the sequenced email tool is very useful and has been very useful for getting discount and reminder emails I also love its dedication to big data and specialized systems experts to ensure a unique work experience, it has many functions in addition to a very clean interface, it is a great tool to create email flows and retain clients.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The price is really a bit expensive and the platform does not work with email drip campaigns, it also does not have an intelligence system to work with guided sales, there could also be more integrations or more complex metrics, I also do not like the customer service that offers this platform, it tends to be a bit slow at times.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

I recommend that you take a few days to learn how to handle it correctly, this software gives you a lot of important information that you can take advantage of and create an automated campaign.
