What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

It integrates easily with Shopify, and has a lot of templated automation options, so even if you're a beginner you can set it up pretty quickly!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

It's simple to use and easy to integrate, which means we can set it up for clients and hit the ground running pretty quickly!

What do you dislike most about this product?

It looks a bit outdated compared to tools like Hubspot and ActiveCampaign. It'd be nice if they added landing pages feature!

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

It's a simple but effective email marketing tool, that works great for ecom businesses.

Very difficult to make a flow for the user who has not much knowledge of the logic side

If anyone needs to set automated emails based on logics and conditions of user flow then it is the best tool to implement on any website and apps
