What differentiates Klaviyo from other similar products?

Multiple customizations and everything underneath one platform. I previously had to employee an agency that was doing cart abandonment browse abandonment emails, build spinwheel and timer campaigns etcetera currently I can do everything from Klaviyo itself by adding the several apps. It’ super simple and convenient. All you would like to do is understand the flows and accordingly make it happen!

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The best factor regarding Klaviyo is that the User expertise and the way it’s super straightforward to use even for a first time user. You’ll simply navigate at intervals the tool and figure out wherever you can notice/create client information lists (lists), how one can produce a brand new campaign, and where one can find the reports. Moreover, Klaivyo has its own resources additionally so you can easily check it out and learn the tool.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The cost is quite high-priced and also the client service is very slow. It’s still a great value and an enormous part of our promoting strategy. They also provide a “showcase” that has nice-looking email templates to use as inspiration for designing, however, you can not use them, simply view them.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Better than different email marketing platforms I’ve utilized in the past – straightforward to use, nice interface, clear reportage of metrics, and also the template builder tool is nice.
