More than just an online form software

What differentiates JotForm from other similar products?
Reduces training time for clients as we launch a website/online store for a small business owner without much IT knowledge. We add Jotform forms to their websites built with WordPress. Next, give them a demo of how easy it is to access reports (through web browser, app, over email). No need for them to login into admin dashboard of WordPress site. Jotform free plan provides all the pro grade features with the exception of Jotform logo showing with a form. Most of our clients do not mind much. Instead, they take it positively helping others use Jotform.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Lots of visually appealing templates to begin with. Great visualization of reports in the form of tables Android app makes it super convenient to track who has submitted the latest form. Free plan providing 5 form limits, 100 monthly submissions, 100 MB space, 1000 monthly form views, 100 fields per form, 10 monthly payment submissions! Forms blend beautifully on WordPress sites and are responsive. No need to hire pricey developers.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I have nothing to complain about.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
Jotform is the easiest and the cheapest way to go online. Even without a website, you can create forms and share links over email/social media.

What differentiates JotForm from other similar products?
I can edit survey templates and create surveys without having to code in anyway. This simplicity makes every survey campaign launched with the jotform platform, one simple , straightforward experience.
What is your favorite aspect of this product?
Vast integration with the most important solutions I cannot do without in the workplace, like Slack and Zoom. I have taken advantage of this to automate specific tasks as they relate to feedback collection on Zoom , Slack and every other key software solution I use at the workplace.
What do you dislike most about this product?
I am just satisfied with Jotform. Meets my set of small needs from a survey creation / management perspective and provides a few more other benefits as well.
What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?
I have mainly been using Jotform for feedback collection. But I have also used it to streamline and automate specific tasks such as scheduling appointments, for automatically collecting survey feedback and sharing to specific Slack channels. It goes beyond survey creation or survey feedback collection.
