The flexibility they provide is amazing, at some point it become very complex to use and understand all the customizable features but actually you only need to dig in this world when you have specific needs, so you can jump and learn to set up what you need, otherwise with the basic configuration is more than enough

The flexibility in the customization and the marketplace, even if JIRA does not provide the solution of your problems, in the marketplace you can find plugins or add-ons that help to cover your needs

What do you dislike most about this product?

The many sections that exist to access the setup of the accounts, there is like profile settings, organization settings, billing settings, is not very consistent, sometimes to find something is really hard because the lack of clarity in this aspect

it is an amazing product for product and software development and project management, easy to use, extremely flexible and customizable. Big community to help in your issues.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

I've used a variety of project management software in the past, including Redmine, Trello, and others. However, after utilising JIRA, I've come to the conclusion that users of JIRA may rely on the dashboard's drag-and-drop feature. Because of my prior knowledge, I was also aware of how well this programme worked when Redmine occasionally had bug tracking issues. I appreciate my colleagues for connecting me with this program after trying it. I have advised many of my friends to use it in place of other project management tools.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

I used JIRA to assign assignments to team members and monitor their progress. Even though I utilised project management tools like Trello and Redmine, I wouldn't say I was a fan of the way the programmes appeared. But after utilising JIRA, I found that I liked working due of the dashboard's appealing user interface. For new users, the JIRA interface appears straightforward and simple to use, making it available to anyone. I can state from experience that this software is straightforward to use.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although I've had a great experience with JIRA, I wouldn't enjoy the automatically generated mail feature since occasionally my coworker simply needs to correct a date or a single spelling mistake, but the complete team still gets the mail. When we are stressed out at work, it can occasionally be the worst for our mood. I advise the JIRA Developer team to take this into consideration.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

As I mentioned that JIRA is the best software to manage the project, task. So, please use this tool.
