Everything, this tool is created for whole company processes, customization is the key aspect which enables possibilities to expand use cases.

Any customization can be done, integrations are endless, reports informative, whole company processes n digital I can say.

nothing can add here. they are working to deliver a brilliant main product of Atlassian.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Jira comes with all the tools in one box, unlike other products which ship single tool.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Documentation and Tasks management is the best compared to other tools available in the market

What do you dislike most about this product?

Email notifications can be very annoying, every time there is a change in the documentation I get an email notification which is not necessary.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira is worth every dollar spent on subscription, you will experience application building process in an Interesting way.
