What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

More flexible than Azure DevOps. Easier to use and more intuitive.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Flexibility in setting the projects, either as Kanban or Scrum. Ability to customize. Using JQL for reports' customization

What do you dislike most about this product?

You can really get lost in setting the hierarchy (i.e. user stories, tasks , sub tasks, etc.)

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

The tool is extremely flexible, so you have to have a good idea how to structure your projects.

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

The tool is more flexible and has a variety of features compared to the other project management tools I’ve tried. It has felt like my personal assistant who adjusts to the demands of my team and supports everyone else in the same wave.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Our customizable dashboards and real-time updates assist us in checking how everything is fairing on to detect the challenges and dribble them before they cost us. Jira is a huge time saver.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Although the fundamental functionality is straightforward, something like custom workflows and reports may be complex to learn. The bottom line is that after you’ve learned it, it’s easily worth it, but don’t get me wrong: all of this is tough going at first.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Start with the fundamentals and progressively improve your skills. Don’t be afraid to approach the Jira community since they are an invaluable resource for really allowing this tool to function for you.
