The support and the training provided alongside various filter needed to track the tickets

The Ui is a bit laggy and needs to reloaded again and again

What differentiates Jira from other similar products?

Integration with third party tools is where Jira stands above every other project management tool I have used. Integrating Jira with popular software tools I utilize regularly like Figma and Gitlab , transforms Jira into a hub of real time data of my day to day work activity, From Jira I am able to access critical updates on Figma and Gitlab, thereby providing a unique visibility into the software development process across my department.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

Jira project boards is my bread and butter when it comes to project management. I rely on them to track the status of tasks assigned to all project stakeholders and team members , at every stage of our software development process.. With project boards , I have full visibility into project work distribution across my team.

What do you dislike most about this product?

Limited collaboration feature . There is no real-time chat functionality and its built-in testing features are limited.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

For agile facing development teams , I think Jira is a tool to consider.
