What do you dislike most about this product?

The browser must be refreshed manually to see new tickets, which can confuse things when multiple people in a meeting are creating tickets frequently. The interface in some smaller parts of the software is sometimes difficult to understand.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

This is an ideal tool for teams using iterative approaches. What do you dislike most about this product?

If it isn't included, it should be put to the watchlist when monitoring work, even if you're making the work item yourself. One-click creation of new issues, tasks, pipelines, etc. The Kanban board's drag-and-drop functionality for updating the status of cards and tickets is fantastic and incredibly easy to use. It also offers great functionality and UI for end users.

What is your favorite aspect of this product?

The tool truly excels in product and product management of any size, and if you scale it to use many of its other Atlassian competitors then you really reap the benefits. The method of managing the tasks and assigning them to concerned team members is the best feature and has everything needed to make them the best in the market.

What do you dislike most about this product?

The complexity of creating a call opening page for different panels/projects is a bit uncomfortable. How are we forced to create a page for separate projects is a little messy and they also need to add more themes so we can enjoy while working with Jira.

What recommendations would you give to someone considering this product?

Jira makes it very simple and transparent for us to assign tasks and subtasks. It helps us save a tonne of time that we would have otherwise wasted on calls to explain each assignment to our developers. When it comes to project/product management, the UI is likewise very user-friendly, making it easy for everyone to understand which tasks are open and who is working on them.
